14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unopened.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive the unopened product, we will process your refund using the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received.

Exceptions

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
